This would be a perfect oppurtunity to take your picture and try the focal black and white. Try it out! make the christmas tree normal and make everything else black and white. Would look interesting. You can also use this with the sky, make ANOTHER layer with the sky and change the tinting a bit and make it a richer blue, or perhaps some orange sunset color. the skies the limit (no pun intended!)
